Meadowview Temecula Homes on Nearly an Acre With a Creek

What does nearly an acre get you in Meadowview, Temecula?
In this Meadowview home: a pool and spa, RV parking, a greenhouse, a creek, and land that continues past the water, plus a downstairs primary suite.

I tour a lot of homes in Meadowview, and this is one of the largest I have recorded so far. It is also one of the best-kept. Some of the house is original, but the owner has maintained it so carefully that you would only notice from a few of the style choices. The real story, though, is the backyard. It is huge, it is sectioned into separate zones, and it ends at a creek with more of your land on the other side.

First Impressions: Pavers, Custom Garage Doors, and a Fountain

The curb appeal starts with a paver driveway and garage doors that were each custom made. There is a large window above the entry, a fountain out front, and the land to the left of the house belongs to this property as well. Even from the street, it is clear this lot is bigger than a typical Temecula home site.

Inside the Home

Entry, Hardwood, and Skylights

Walking in, the first thing you notice is the light. Skylights in the entry and throughout the house fill it with daylight. The floors are Brazilian cherry hardwood, which darkens and gets richer with age. From the entry you move into the dining room, then the kitchen and living room.

Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, and Conversation Pit

The kitchen opens to a living area with a breakfast nook that looks out toward the backyard. Off to the side is a conversation pit, a feature you rarely see anymore, which loops back around to the front entry. Downstairs also has a guest bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The Three-Car Garage

The three-car garage is spotless. Neighbors who stopped by joked that you could eat off the floor. I did not test that theory, but I believe them. For buyers with cars, tools, or hobby gear, this garage is a real asset.

Downstairs Primary Suite

The primary suite is on the main floor, so the house can live like a single story if you want it to. The bedroom has vaulted ceilings and plenty of space. The primary bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, and there is an en-suite office, currently used as a painting studio, with more Brazilian cherry hardwood under the carpet.

Upstairs: Loft and Guest Rooms

Upstairs is a loft with a pool table that can stay with the house, which matters because moving a pool table is a project of its own. Two guest bedrooms share a bathroom, and one is currently set up as an office. There is also a guest suite with its own private bathroom. The layout puts the primary downstairs and everyone else upstairs, with room to spread out or entertain.

The Backyard: A Property in Sections

This is the part of the video worth watching to the end. The backyard is divided into distinct zones, and each one feels like its own space.

Pool, Spa, and RV Parking

The first section has the pool and spa, with RV parking right alongside. The pool equipment is tucked away out of sight, so you do not see it or hear it from the house.

Second Patio and the Greenhouse

Past the pool is a second covered patio and eating area, then a greenhouse the seller built. Behind that is a firewood section, and the lot keeps going.

The Creek and the Land Beyond It

At the back of the property is a creek. It runs fairly steadily and really gets flowing during the rainy months. The property line does not stop at the water. It continues across the creek to a white fence, so there is usable land on the far side as well. That area could hold a second RV or stay as a quiet green space. It has been used for seating and gatherings in the past. One neighbor stores an RV across the stream, which shows how that space can work.

Why Meadowview Stands Out in Temecula

Meadowview feels like its own world inside Temecula. The community has 23 miles of private trails for hiking, horseback riding and biking, two heated pools, a spa, tennis and basketball courts, an equestrian center, a clubhouse, and a park. Big lots, white ranch fencing, and open space define the neighborhood, and it sits about ten minutes from Old Town Temecula and Temecula Wine Country. For buyers looking across Southwest Riverside County for room to breathe without leaving town, Meadowview is one of the first places I recommend touring.
